Paizo Launches First Adventure Path for Starfinder 2e

Paizo has just announced a new adventure path for Starfinder. Entitled Guilt of the Grave World, the campaign takes the players from Levels 1 to 5 and pits them against a ruthless space armada crewed by the undead. The book will be out in early October, but you can pre-order it now from your local game store or the Paizo website.

Notably, Starfinder Second Edition was just launched in the summer of 2025 and this will be the first adventure path to feature the news rules (many of which have changed significantly). It also marks a major shift in Paizo’s approach to adventure paths, which have gone from monthly releases to new quarterly publications.

What is the “Guilt of the Grave World” Starfinder Adventure Path?

Guilt of the Grave World is a 128-page Adventure Path book for Starfinder 2e that’s broken into five parts (which takes players from Levels 1 to 5). The story starts focused on a remote dwarven mining asteroid where an an ancient artifact is uncovered that catches the eye of the dreaded Corpse Fleet, a vast space armada under the control of the undead forces that rule the planet Eox.

Thematically, the Adventure Path blends exploration, horror and humor and is designed for both new and experienced Starfinder players. Notably, the book is the first Adventure Path to use the Starfinder Second Edition mechanics, but also introduces a number of new rules, including options for playing the alien species known as the Elebrian, as well as new undead-themed heritages, equipment and spells. The book also includes new lore on the locations, NPCs and history of the Eox.

The Adventure Path is also written by longtime Paizo freelancere Michael Bramnik, who has contributed to a number of Pathfinder and Starfinder products over the past decade.

When is “Guilt of the Grave World” coming out?

The new Starfinder Adventure Path will be released on October 8th, 2025, at which point it will be available at local game stores and online.
