Modiphius Entertainment has just a brand new campaign book for their Fallout TTRPG. Entitled Fallout: Royal Flush the adventure is set in the blasted wasteland of the Mojave Desert and features a sprawling story, in addition to introducing new monsters, NPCs and locations near the infamous bastion of New Vegas. This marks the second major campaign book for the Fallout TTRPG following the Winter of Atom title that was released in the summer of 2023. It also marks a new chapter for the roleplaying game, which is still less than five years old, but has grown in popularity thanks in large part to the ongoing Fallout TV series, which will soon be premiering its second season.
So just what can fans expect in this return to the Wastelands? Below, we grab our Pip-Boys and find out.
What is “Fallout: Royal Flush” about?
Royal Flush is a complete campaign for Fallout: The Roleplaying Game that takes place in the Mojave desert; a remote nuclear-blasted wasteland filled with mutants, monsters and marauders. The book itself is 240 pages in length and takes players from Levels 1 to 21.
The story is centered around a brewing war that threatens the New California Republic in the run-up to the infamous Second Battle of Hoover Dam. Players will have to navigate various factions, while also exploring nearby locations, including both New Reno and New Vegas.
The book includes new NPCs, new character origins (including the Enclave Remnant, Follower of the Apocalypse and Viper Initiate) as well as new rules for desert survival, gambling and vehicle creation.
It’s worth noting that you do need the core Fallout: The Roleplaying Game core rulebook to use the campaign materials.
When is “Fallout: Royal Flush” coming out?
Modiphius Entertainment has not confirmed an exact release date for the book, stating only that is available for pre-order and will be coming out sometime later in 2026.
How much is the “Fallout: Royal Flush” campaign book?
Currently, the book retails for $66.73 USD (not including shipping, handling and taxes). It’s not clear yet if a PDF version will also be available (which was the case with the Winter of Atom campaign book).
