The announcement continues a longstanding partnership between Paizo and DriveThruRPG, which worked together on the Pathfinder and Starfinder Infinite program, which allows independent creators the opportunity to publish works within the official Pathfinder and Starfinder settings. Until now, however, official Paizo titles were not available on DriveThruRPG and PDFs could only be purchased from the Paizo website. What Pathfinder and Starfinder titles will be available on DriveThruRPG?
The initial batch of Paizo titles will include the latest Pathfinder and Starfinder second edition remastered titles, as well as first edition materials, novels and audiobooks.
The companies also announced that in the months ahead, DriveThruRPG will offer most Paizo titles for sale in print. In addition, they’ll also be integrating with Paizo Connect, which is an online system that links your Paizo account with digital partners and virtual tabletops like Demiplane. That means customers will have the option to connect their accounts to DriveThruRPG and sync their PDF libraries and purchases across both sites.
How will this impact the Pathfinder and Starfinder Infinite program?
First introduced in 2021, the Pathfinder and Starfinder Infinite program allows third-party content creators to produce and sell adventures, fiction, setting supplements, rules expansions, maps, art packs and other products using Paizo’s intellectual property.
